Found a giant screw bolt thing in my tire and the air was leaking out.I was able to come and get it fixed in less than an hour. They repaired my tire.I did not need a new one.I am so grateful for the kind services and it cost me twenty bucks! No long wait.

I got an alignment 3 months ago. I went back in because there was some wobble in the steering wheel. They said they couldnt do an alignment because many parts were in immediate need Of replacement.........they said nothing about this the first time I went in. Could have died. Total negligence that cost me money and could have cost my life. Never going back Update: so I order all the parts, take time out of my day to remove the old parts because no way im trusting Firestone........every part they said needed replacing works exactly as they should. Not a single part they said needed changing needed changed. The original issue, I found it, it was a tire. The incompetence is staggering. Pictures of tire issue and perfectly good steering components included. Do. Not. Go. Here. They lied in order to try and get me to spend more money, and missed the MASSIVE bulge in the tire causing the issue. I bought the car from someone who lives 200yards from this Firestone. Im all but certain the tires were bought at this Firestone. How is everyone gunna be bad at their job? Bold strategy. Why would I contact you? Gunna give me a new tire? Didn't think so.

When I need tire assistance I know where I'm going. I spoke with Brandi about some tires I've been thinking of getting a few days ago and was really pleased with the amount of dedication and customer service she gave me. Thank you for your time and patience.
